Alan Weber

Alan Weber is the retired Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of US Trust Corporation. During his tenure with US Trust, Mr. Weber was responsible for overseeing the company’s various businesses.

Prior to joining US Trust, Mr. Weber was Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer at Aetna Inc., where he was responsible for capital management, information technology, investor relations, e-business and financial operations.

Prior to his role with Aetna, Mr. Weber held a number of senior positions at Citibank N.A. including Chairman of Citibank International and Executive Vice President of Citibank. He also served as a member of Citibank’s Policy Committee.

Mr. Weber is a member of the board of directors at numerous companies, including the following:

  • Diebold, Inc., a global provider of integrated self-service delivery global systems, security and services
  • Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of investor communications, securities processing and clearing and outsourcing solutions to the financial services industry
  • OnForce.com, a technology services marketplace which Mr. Weber helped establish
  • Keane International, Inc., a privately held business process and IT services firm

Mr. Weber serves on the Board of Overseers at the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing, and is a member of the board of DCTV, a New York City-based charitable/service organization. Mr. Weber also serves on the Alumni Advisory Board of the Kellogg School at Northwestern University.

A native New Yorker, Mr. Weber received a BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University.
