We are looking for a bright, curious and driven individual to join our small yet passionate global HR team. We support a fast paced, exciting and dynamic team of legal and technology experts and are about to embark on an exciting employee engagement program that will transform HR and place the people function at the very heart of this already successful legal investigation business.
You will join a busy team and support a wide variety of HR and operational activities working closely with the local HR Business Partner and Global HR Director. As is often the case within a small company – your role at Clutch will be a combination; HR and Operations Support.
Your main HR responsibilities will be to source, select and onboard legal contractors to deliver the best results for our clients. HR administration activities will include data entry (HR System), HR correspondence; managing references, background checks and new joiner onboarding coordination. You will be a key member of our Clutch Moves Committee, coordinating our Global Wellness program, and you will also join our Clutch Social Committee, organizing our Quarterly Team Charity and Monthly Social Events.
You will be the face of Clutch for our clients, visitors and future colleagues when they call or come to our office. Other operational duties will include supporting global travel arrangements, maintaining stock and ordering office supplies, and arranging couriers, etc. You will also have the opportunity to act as the main point of contact for our colleagues on assignment as part of our Global Mobility Program, making sure they have everything they need when they arrive and throughout their secondment.
The ideal person for this position will have held a similar role and be looking to develop a career in HR. You are looking for a role where you can use your exceptional organizational skills to manage a varied workload while ultimately delivering the best quality service.

Stand out applicants will have previous experience in a HR or Recruitment Administration role with experience interviewing and selecting professional candidates. We are also particularly interested in learning if you have held an office support or management role and you would like to develop your career within HR and Recruitment. Ultimately we will select someone who demonstrates that they will fit into a tight knit global team, who genuinely cares about the Clutch Family, and understands that everything we do drives our success and the service we provide to our clients.
This position is temporary to begin with, but has the potential to become permanent within our team based on your demonstrated ability to succeed and desire to grow into the organization.
