We are looking for an experienced, driven, and enthusiastic internal Sales Recruiter to run an intense, high volume global hiring campaign in a start-up environment. This is a 6-9 month project with time sensitive milestones; from day one you will manage the full recruitment cycle from role scoping to offer.
You will partner with our top business leaders as they grow our sales and marketing function and will advise and support them throughout the process. You will be well practiced in sourcing top talent through multiple channels from specialist agencies, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal networks and referrals. You will be familiar with using a combination of an online ATS and spreadsheets to provide up to the minute status updates to report on progress.
You will bring a solid understanding of industry trends and issues to uncover talent that aligns with our specific business. Your independent judgment and critical thinking, along with your attention to detail and organizational skills, will be your key strengths in this role.
