Purpose

The legal and compliance world has long been data-shy. But as data grows exponentially, so too do business and legal risks. Our goal is to change the way companies harness insight from their data in order to identify and solve complex legal and business challenges.

We operate at the intersection of law, technology, and data, and we work with companies in some of the world’s most litigious and highly regulated industries. We have a comprehensive process and an unparalleled understanding of technology. Above all, though, we are a global team of attorneys, technologists, and consultants with diverse backgrounds, deep industry knowledge and expertise, and a desire to get things done.

Philosophy

We thrive on our ability to overcome challenges, embrace collaboration, and demonstrate passion in everything we do. Our employees are part of the Clutch Family, and we contribute much of our success to our flexibility, adaptability, and tight-knit culture.

We are looking for smart, dedicated individuals who can infuse their expertise and enthusiasm into the work we do and can help our culture thrive.

Life at Clutch

We’re committed to helping our employees learn and grow. We provide ample opportunities for our employees to develop professionally, participate in industry events, pursue work-related interests, and to pursue their goals.

Above all, we want to keep our employees happy, healthy, and part of a cohesive community – through flexible work options, healthy snacks, happy hours, company-wide offsites, volunteering opportunities, and more. As we continue to expand on a global level, we’re always open to hearing suggestions for new employee programs and initiatives.

Are You Clutch?

You bring your experience and enthusiasm wherever you go, and you infuse them into the work you do. You don’t shy away from a challenge. You have a strong sense of purpose. Your first instinct is to collaborate. You’re passionate about data and technology, and you’re convinced these have an important role to play in the world.

You identify with what we’re doing and what we’re trying to achieve.
