The panel will focus on Asia Anti-Corruption Enforcement and Disclosure in light of the DOJ’s Fraud Section of the Criminal Division’s release of their Foreign Corrupt Practices Act Enforcement Plan and Guidance. Moderating the panel will be Kyle Wombolt, Partner, Herbert Smith Freehills.
