Key Director Leaves SEC

April 8th, 2015

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) announced the departure of a key staff member yesterday, Tuesday, April 7, 2015.  The agency released a statement that Andrew Bowden, Director of the Office of Compliance Inspections and Examinations (OCIE), would leave the agency by month end.  Bowden plans to return to the private sector.
